This week's batch. Smoked at 200 for 90, charred about 5 min on grill, then blended.

– 4lbs Roma (qty 12-18) – 8 Jalapeno – 5 Serrano – 3 habanero – 1 Onion – 1hd Garlic – salt to taste
I’ll add cilantro tomorrow when ready to eat.

Delightful. I could down a whole bowl, or two, of that right now.

Looks delicious. I usually do 5 Serranos and 1 habanero for every 1 tomato for my personal batches, so I would be missing the heat. But this is exactly how many of my friends like it!
